The system is built with multiple fail-safes. If the check-in isn't completed, the app sends gentle reminders to the parent. If the window closes (e.g., by 10:00 AM) and they still haven't tapped, the system triggers an alert.
You and up to 2 other designated caregivers are notified immediately via push notification and SMS. This ensures that even if you are in a meeting or on a flight, someone else receives the alert and can take action.
Our app utilizes the phone's internal accelerometers and gyroscopes to detect the specific kinetic signature of a human fall.
Note: For the highest accuracy, the phone should be carried in a pocket or a pouch. However, even if the phone is on a table when a fall occurs, our Daily Check-In acts as the ultimate backup; if they can't reach the phone, the system will still alert you at the end of their check-in window.
We’ve designed the interface with seniors in mind. There are no complex menus or logins to remember. The daily prompt is a large, high-contrast button. If they use WhatsApp on a daily basis, then they can use mySeniorCareHub as well.
Yes, mySeniorCareHub app is built for global families. It automatically syncs across time zones. You can set the check-in window in Indian Standard Time (IST), and the app will notify you on your local time (EST, GMT, etc.) if your parent is okay or if an alert has been triggered.
Our 2026-optimized code is designed for "Low Energy" consumption. It uses passive monitoring and only activates high-power GPS during an actual emergency or SOS trigger. Typical battery impact is less than 5% per day.
This is a "Fail-Safe" system. If our servers do not receive a "Check-In" signal because of an internet outage, the system treats it as a missed check-in. You will be notified that the connection is lost, allowing you to call them and verify if it's just a router issue or something more serious.
