Yes. At least one caregiver must be registered so we know who to notify via text message in case of an emergency. You can use member portal or mobile app to register your emergency contacts.

How many caregivers or family members can I add in the subscription plan?

We offer two plans:

  • Gold Plan: Add up to 3 caregivers or family members
  • Silver Plan: Add 1 caregiver or family member

If the primary contact does not respond, the system automatically escalates the alert and notifies the next person on the list — ensuring no emergency alert goes unanswered.

How do I set up the watch or locket after delivery?

Setup is simple and takes just a few minutes:

Do I need the mobile app to use the emergency services?

No. Emergency dispatch services such as — police, ambulance, and fire — work even without the mobile app. We have live agent available 24x7 for USA region.

However, we strongly recommend installing the app for added peace of mind. The mobile app allows caregivers and family members to:

  • Access status updates and history

Is there a one-time setup required?

Both devices provide the same safety features. The only difference is design and wearing preference.

Can devices be worn in the shower?

What happens when the SOS button is pressed?

When SOS is activated:

  • An alert is sent to the 24x7 Emergency Call station where live agent can help for calling police or ambulance service or fire department.
  • Caregivers receive text notifications
Does the service contact caregivers or 911 first?

Caregivers are contacted first.
If the situation requires immediate medical response, 911 or local emergency services are dispatched without delay.

What if SOS is pressed accidentally?

The monitoring team will attempt to confirm the situation before dispatching emergency services.

What happens when the SOS button is activated?

When the SOS button is pressed, the alert is immediately routed to our monitoring system.

Here’s the protocol:

  1. A Call Center Agent attempts to contact the device wearer to assess the situation.
  2. At the same time, designated caregivers and family members are notified via text message and/or phone call.
  3. If the situation requires emergency assistance, appropriate emergency services (911 – police, fire, or ambulance) are contacted.

If the wearer does not respond, the monitoring team follows established escalation procedures to ensure help is dispatched as quickly as possible.
