One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty:
The Safelink Locket and Safelink Smart Watch are covered for 60 months from the original retail purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect arises, Safelink locket or smart watch will repair or replace the product with a new or equivalent unit at our discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, cosmetic wear, water damage beyond the rated resistance, loss or theft, or accessories/consumables (e.g., bands, chargers). Proof of purchase required; non-transferable and does not affect your statutory rights.
