- Silver Plan: You and up to 2 other designated caregivers are notified immediately via push notification and SMS.
- Gold Plan: Our 24/7 Professional Dispatch team is alerted. They will attempt to call the parent and the caregivers. If no one can be reached, they initiate emergency protocols. (For now, only available in all USA regions)
How does Fall Detection work without a wearable?
Our app utilizes the phone’s internal accelerometers and gyroscopes to detect the specific kinetic signature of a human fall.
NOTE: For the highest accuracy, the phone should be carried in a pocket or a pouch. However, even if the phone is on a table when a fall occurs, our Daily Check-In acts as the ultimate backup; if they can’t reach the phone, the system will still alert you at the end of their check-in window.

You will be notified that the connection is lost, allowing you to call them and verify if it’s just a router issue or something more serious.
